How we measure our Biryani
Unlike most places that sell Biryani by finished weight, we measure by rice weight, because that's how authentic Dum Biryani is made. For every kilogram of rice, we use one kilogram of meat. No fillers, no shortcuts. So when you order 2 kg from us, you get 2 kg of rice slow-cooked with 2 kg of mutton or chicken, nearly 4 kg of finished Biryani on your table. Enough for a proper feast.

How Your Order is Packed & Delivered
We cook your Biryani in a large traditional bagona (pot) — sized to your order — and deliver it exactly as it comes off the flame. Sealed. Untouched.
The lid or aluminium foil is never opened before it reaches you, so every bit of Dum steam, aroma and heat stays locked inside until you're ready to serve.
Your add-ons — Mirchi ka Salan, Double ka Meetha or Qubani ka Meetha — are packed separately in their own bartan and delivered alongside your Biryani.
NOTE: We do not provide plates, spoons, serving dishes or cutlery. Please have your own serving arrangements ready before delivery arrives.

How far in advance do I need to order?
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for all orders. This ensures every batch is freshly prepared with full attention — we don't keep pre-made stock.
What areas in Bengaluru do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Urban Bengaluru. Delivery charges apply based on your location and will be confirmed when you place your order.
Can I order less than 2 kg?
Our minimum order is 2 kg as Dum Biryani requires a certain quantity to cook correctly in a sealed vessel. Orders below 2 kg compromise the quality and we don't want that for you.
What is the difference between the 2 variants?
Classic is bold & flavorful.
Zafrani/Saffron Dum Biryani is more of a aromatic experience with Rich ingredients along with premium Kashmiri Saffron to make it the perfect Royal Hyderabadi Dum Biryani.
How do I pay?
Payment details are shared when you confirm your order with us, We accept UPI Cash before delivery.
Also advance payment is required for the Containers.
Can I order Mirchi ka Salan separately?
Mirchi ka Salan is available as an add-on with any Biryani order. Just mention it when you WhatsApp us and we'll include it with your delivery at a minute additional cost.
Is the Biryani very spicy?
Usually what we make is not Spicy its full of flavours, Every bite will give you a aromatic experiece of all the spices and make your dream come true of an amazing authentic Biryani Experience.
