Our saffron comes directly from a farm in Pampore, Kashmir. It is processed naturally, the slow way, so it keeps its aroma, colour and benefits.
A lot of saffron in the market is fake or mixed. Safflower, corn silk and even horse hair get dyed and sold as saffron. A trained eye and nose can tell the difference, and a few simple tests at home can too.
Ours is pure and original to its source. Each jar is weighed on a jeweller's scale, accurate to the milligram, and packed in a clean sterilised glass jar with a metal lid, so there is very little plastic.
